The Role

Integritus Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Linda Manor Assisted Living. You will be part of a supportive and innovative environment where you can thrive professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Work alongside a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Ensure residents' rights and dignity are respected through attentive and personalized care.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes.
  • Assist with daily tasks including bathroom assistance, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and food intake.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Report any incidents of resident abuse or violations of rights promptly.
  • Escort residents to appointments and activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or completion of a PCA/HHA training program meeting the 54-hour requirement from EOEA.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
  • Experience with dementia residents is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable of individualized care plans for residents.
  • Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and document all activities in the electronic health record.
  • Proficiency in taking vital signs, documenting intake and output, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.

Pay & Schedule

  • Salary based on years of experience, ranging from $18.00 to $22.09 per hour.
  • Sign-on bonus available: $1,500 for full-time positions, $750 for part-time positions.
