Resident Assistant
Job Summary
A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence.
Current Scheduling Needs
- Part-time (0.6 FTE)
- Full-time AM Shift - 6:00am - 2:00pm
- PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- NOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:00am
Pay & Benefits
- $17.50 - $18.50 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs
- Wage increase when you become a CNA
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
- CBRF training (preferred, not required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
