Job Overview
Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents, and a dedicated and seasoned staff! Responsibilities
- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
- Assists with the onboarding of new staff.
Requirements
No CNA certification required, unless under 18 years old. This Caregiver Schedule Includes 72 hours every two weeks, full-time Day shift. 7am-3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend.

Pay

Qualifications
Preferred Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
Ability to work in a team setting and support others
Curious to work with a diverse and older population
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
Skills
None specifically listed, but strong communication and caregiving skills are preferred.
