As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in various settings. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and standards

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
