Resident Assistant
About the role
As a Resident Assistant you will be at the center of what we do best—caring for our residents with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships. You will provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living, support their personal environment, offer observation and documentation, and assist with the onboarding of new Associates.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Maintain residents’ personal environment
- Provide observation and documentation
- Assist with onboarding of new Associates
- Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
Requirements
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification

Pay
$19.38 - $22.51 per hour
