Resident Assistant, Assisted Living- Full Time

About the role

The Spectrum Story is full of compassion, hard work, and fun. This role involves caring for residents and providing assistance in activities of daily living, transporting them, responding to emergencies, and reviewing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal environments for residents.
• Transport residents to activities, other departments, or dining areas within the community.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.
