Resident Assistant, Assisted Living - Full Time

About the role

The Resident Assistant position at Spectrum Retirement Communities is a full-time opportunity requiring weekend availability. The primary responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, transporting them, responding to emergencies, and reviewing resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal environments for residents.
• Transport residents to various activities, departments, or dining areas within the community.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency calls, resident requests, and environmental hazards.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs as necessary.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is appreciated.

Pay

Compensation is USD 17.00 - USD 18.50 per hour.
