Resident Assistant, Assisted Living - Full Time

About the role

In this position, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents in our community, helping them live with dignity and joy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans, including obtaining vital signs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is appreciated.

Schedule

Full Time. Shifts available: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

Potential advancement to Medication Assistant.
