Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Answer questions
• Provide community tours
• Take registrations
• Attend sales-oriented events and special functions
• Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including:
  • Traffic-building events (barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations, promotional events open to the public)
  • New phase releases, grand openings, and groundbreaking events
  • National sales events
  • Informational seminars
  • Resident relations events
  • Community relations events (Local Chamber or other organizations)
  • Realtor events
  • Testimonials/interviews for use in ads, website, mailings
  • Reference list for prospects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be a resident of a Del Webb community
• Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings
• Basic proficiency in using computer systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Capable of building rapport with customers and creating a welcoming environment
