Resident Ambassador

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is looking for a compassionate Resident Ambassador to join our team! We are a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour. Resident Ambassadors build close relationships with our residents to provide great customer service and companionship in their lives. Requirements: Customer service experience preferred.Previous experience as a companion or in a similar role required. Duties: Provide friendly, compassionate companionship and support to residents.Welcome and assist new residents as they adjust to the facility.Help residents with appropriate non-clinical needs, including meal trays and call lights.Listen to resident concerns and help communicate needs or grievances to the appropriate department.Assist with problem-solving and follow up on concerns to help ensure timely resolution.Promote a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.Commit to providing exceptional customer service and supporting a positive resident experience.Act as a liaison between residents, staff, and the leadership team.Provide support such as (but not limited to) discussions, encouragement, reassurance, and direction as needed.
