Your responsibilities will include Providing compassionate companionship to residents and assisting with daily activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walkingAdministering medications and injections to residents based on physicians’ orders recorded in medical chartsEnsuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping dutiesEnsuring strict adherence to safety and health standards, including meticulous infection control proceduresMonitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisorFollowing schedule, assisting residents with repositioningAdhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accuratelyUtilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safetyAssisting other team members with their duties as necessaryResponding to call lights and assess residents’ needs promptlyObtain meal trays and assist with eatingOther duties as assigned by supervisor Benefits we can provide you Opportunities for growth within our supportive teamEmployee Recognition eventsPAID TIME OFF starts day oneMedical, dental and vision benefits for full time employees (30 hour or more)Paid orientation and trainingDaily Pay!
