Responsibilities
- Passing medications
- Assisting with ADL's (Showering, Dressing, Toileting etc)
- Interacting with residents and their families
- Monitoring in the dining room and interacting with residents at meal times
- Handling fast paced situations
- Transferring as needed
- Lights housework duty
Requirements
- Recent experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or MORC Certified
- Friendly personality and willingness to spend time with residents
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Able to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Able to pass a drug screen/clear background
