Resident Aide/CNA

About the role

Wesley Residence provides assisted living services to people needing personalized support and those who want to age with dignity and a full life. Located in Duluth, MN 55807, we offer part-time and overnight shifts, ranging from 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the residents
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing
• Assist with room cleans and serving meals
• Administer medications, check vitals and blood sugars
• Overnight shift has additional cleaning duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background check
• Every other weekend availability required
• Previous PCA or CNA experience preferred but not required

Pay

• $19.00 for Resident Aides
• $21.50 for Certified Nursing Assistants

Schedule

• Part-time Day shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, 36 hours per week
• Overnight Shift: 6pm-6am, 36 hours per week
