Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with personal care needs, including activities of daily living
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the nursing staff
• Support memory care residents with compassion and understanding
• Build relationships with residents to foster a comforting and supportive environment

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident care
• Ability to work every other weekend
