AMN Healthcare has partnered with AdventHealth Graduate Medical Education to identify an accomplished osteopathic Family Medicine physician to serve as Residency Program Director for its Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program in Orlando, Florida. This established program is based at AdventHealth East Orlando, a 295-bed community hospital within one of the nation’s largest faith-based healthcare systems.

About the role

The incoming leader will guide a progressive residency program while maintaining meaningful clinical involvement through a balanced 50% administrative and 50% clinical structure. This opportunity offers the ability to shape curriculum, mentor future physicians, strengthen scholarly activity, and influence the next chapter of osteopathic medical education within a nationally recognized organization.

  • Serve as Residency Program Director for a well-established Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program.
  • Balanced 50% administrative and 50% clinical leadership model.
  • Teach in an outpatient setting with opportunities for inpatient Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine consultation service participation.
  • Lead a program training eight Family Medicine residents annually, plus additional ONMM+3 residents.
  • Opportunity to advance research, scholarly activity, presentations, and academic visibility.
  • Maintain and grow a personal clinical practice during dedicated patient care time.
  • Collaborate within a robust Graduate Medical Education environment that includes multiple residency and fellowship programs.

Pay

Competitive compensation package ranging from approximately $300,000–$350,000 plus sign-on and relocation assistance.
