Position requires open availability for both AM & PM shifts based on business needs: AM Shifts (7AM-3PM), PM Shifts (3PM-11PM). Weekday and weekend availability required.

You’re the face of the hotel, making every interaction feel effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier guest service, ensuring every interaction creates a memorable and welcoming experience.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Resolve guest challenges quickly and effectively, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Manage multitasking efficiently, handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with precision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
