Residence Director - Multiple Positions

About the role

The Residence Director (RD) position is a full-time, live-in role with primary responsibility for managing the daily operations of one or more residential buildings. The RD is responsible for building a strong community, supporting staff through supervision, and generating meaningful opportunities for students to connect to campus through intentional interactions and connections.

Requirements

The RD must be able to physically perform the job’s essential duties, which include regularly accessing all areas of their assigned residential building and periodically accessing other campus areas. In emergencies, the RD must be able to access all various building areas promptly and appropriately. The RD will frequently utilize a computer and a phone.
