Reservations Specialist
About the Role
The Reservations Specialist role at Fabventure Travel is built around a simple objective: help travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Fabventure Travel.
A Typical Day
A typical workday may include:
- Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes
- Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems
- Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding
- Keeping track of open work by resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes
What Success Looks Like
Travelers receive timely updates, booking information stays accurate, outstanding requests are followed through, and another team member can understand the status of a trip from the record alone.
Skills
What helps you succeed:

- Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up
- Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools
