Reservations Specialist (2026)

About the role

Join our close-knit team as a full-time, year-round Reservations Specialist at Winnetu Oceanside Resort, The Nantucket Hotel, and the new Lovango Resort & Beach Club. You'll be the friendly voice of our high-end boutique family-owned resorts, guiding guests through every aspect of their island adventure and curating dream vacations for our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage in phone conversations to discuss luxurious accommodations, resort activities, amenities, and the wonders of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and the USVI.
• Provide expert travel planning, including advising on transportation options to and from our island paradises.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance the guest experience and ensure we remain at the forefront of luxury hospitality.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to support our exciting growth, particularly with the addition of Lovango Resort & Beach Club.

• Experience with Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, or the USVI is a plus but not required.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position based in Wayland, MA, with 2 weeks of in-office training to start. After training, you'll work a flexible schedule of 1-2 days in-office and 3-4 days remote. Regular hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
