Mister Car Wash, the nation’s largest and most innovative car wash brand, is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the heart and face of the brand. As the company expands nationally, the GSS will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s core values of caring, hard work, and fun while supporting rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
• Enthusiastically sell products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program.
• Thank each customer for choosing Mister Car Wash.
• Anticipate and resolve customer needs.
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
• Maintain clean, inviting, and well‑maintained sites.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
