Reservations Clerk

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available at Purity Spring Resort, NH. Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Guest Service Representative/Reservations Clerk at Purity Spring Resort is centered on providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and managing both administrative and operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/out guests, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment.
• Handle booking, cancellations, and modifications.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, the resort team, and departments to ensure needs are met.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Answer phones, take messages, manage the cash drawer, and handle paperwork (e.g., reservation signatures).
• Help with keeping areas clean and orderly, such as the gift shop, pool area, locker room, and gym.
• Promote resort amenities and upsell when appropriate.
• Assist with pool parties, pool memberships, stocking inventory, and collaborating with housekeeping.
• Reconcile daily transactions and financial records.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to use reservation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent or working toward one.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 25lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and demonstrate empathy to guests.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Math aptitude and cash handling experience.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
