About the role

The Reservations Agent position at Four Seasons Hotel Denver is responsible for selling both Four Seasons Denver and Four Seasons Nashville rooms and providing information to prospective guests. Responsibilities include capturing sales from incoming calls, coordinating reservation details, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous customer experience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly Rate: $20.23 + Commission
