About the Opportunity:The RESERVATIONIST / DISPATCHER / TRAVEL COUNSELOR plays a central role in ensuring a seamless transportation experience for clients. This position manages reservation requests and dispatches drivers efficiently to meet scheduling and service expectations. The role involves advising clients on transportation options, monitoring flight schedules to adjust operations, and maintaining accurate records. It contributes directly to client satisfaction and operational smoothness. Responsibilities:Handle inbound reservation requests via phone, email, and online platformsCoordinate and dispatch drivers to meet scheduling demandsAdvise clients on transportation options, routes, and servicesMonitor real-time flight arrivals, delays, and schedule changesMaintain accurate trip logs, client records, and reservation databasesCommunicate proactively with drivers and clients to ensure on-time performanceResolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns professionally Requirements:Experience in dispatching, reservations, customer service, or transportation coordination preferredStrong multitasking and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with scheduling or booking softwareFamiliarity with Warwick, RI area is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional and calm demeanor with commitment to customer satisfaction Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
