Provide customer service

• Promptly address all requests from customers and their rental needs
• Engage in high-level customer service with a focus on exceptional service

Online inquiries

Answer online inquires and respond to these inquires in a timely manner.

Opening and closing duties

Perform opening and closing job duties.

Education and experience

• Excellent customer service skills – known as someone who goes above and beyond
• Ability to answer phones in a professional manner
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills

Working conditions/physical requirements

• Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
• Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
