About the role
The Department of Geosciences is searching for a qualified candidate for the position of Researcher in SAR Flood Mapping.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze open and commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data for flood events.
- Develop algorithms to map flood extent and event duration.
- Contribute to the development of data-fusion methods and modeling.
- Assist with proposal writing, conference presentations, and manuscript preparation.
