Job Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses about brain function and behavior.
- Analyzing data using statistical and computational methods to draw conclusions about the brain and nervous system.
- Collaborating with other researchers and scientific teams to share ideas and resources.
- Presenting research findings at conferences and publishing papers in scientific journals.
- Mentoring junior researchers and students in laboratory techniques and scientific methodology.
- Staying up-to-date with current trends and developments in the field of neuroscience.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of experiments and data.
Qualifications
- A PhD in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in neuroscience research, including experimental design, data analysis, and publication.
- Strong skills in statistical and computational methods relevant to neuroscience research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
