About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement university-wide strategies aligned with institutional goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Facilitate the negotiation and execution of agreements with external partners.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
