We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job posting. Key content: - About Texas A&M AgriLife: description of organization. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "About Texas A&M AgriLife". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" heading and put the description about the organization and position summary. - Responsibilities: list of duties: Sample and Data Collection, Laboratory Support, Experimental Assistance, Other Duties. We need to put each as
  • . Should we break into subcategories? Probably just list each bullet as a duty. Could combine. - Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" and "Other Requirements". Could combine into Requirements section. Also "Preferred Qualifications" could be Qualifications? Actually they have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We could have a "Qualifications" section containing both required and preferred? But instruction: Use headings for Qualifications, Skills, etc. We could separate Required Qualifications under Requirements? Might be better: Requirements section for required qualifications, Qualifications section for preferred? But they said "Qualifications" heading. Could put both required and preferred under Qualifications, but we need to preserve all info. Could separate: Requirements (required qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred). However they said "prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine required and preferred into Qualifications, and have Requirements for other requirements like ability to work in BSL-2, etc. But we need to decide. Let's map: - About the role: include description of Texas A&M AgriLife and Position Summary (Job Summary). Also maybe "Position Information" but not needed. - Responsibilities: list duties as bullet points. - Requirements: include "Required Qualifications" (high school diploma, 2 years experience, ability to multitask, etc.) plus "Other Requirements" (BSL-2, occasional early morning/evening/weekend work, travel, ability to lift moderately heavy objects, ability to exert heavy force, work beyond normal hours). Also maybe "Valid driver’s license" is preferred, not required. - Qualifications: include "Preferred Qualifications" (valid driver’s license and ability to operate a university vehicle for field sampling). Also maybe "Basic computer skills" is required? Actually that is in required qualifications. So Qualifications could be preferred. - Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could infer from required qualifications: ability to follow protocols, basic calculations, attention to detail, willingness to learn, basic computer skills. Could put under Skills. - Benefits: they list health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance (AgriLife contributes to premiums), 12–15 annual paid holidays, up to 8 hours/month sick leave and at least 8 hours/month vacation, automatic enrollment in Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Employee Wellness Initiative, Access to ongoing professional development and training through Aspire, LinkedIn Learning, and internally developed programs. Also note about salary: "Compensation is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications. This is an hourly paid position." That's not a specific number, so we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific (commensurate). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits are stated, so we include Benefits. Pay: not specific, so omit Pay section. Schedule: they mention occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend work and travel; also work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends. That's schedule info but not specific schedule like "Monday-Friday 8-5". It's still schedule info. The instruction: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend work and travel, and work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends. That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that info. However they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule info into Responsibilities or Requirements? But schedule is separate concept. Might be okay to include Schedule section. - Also note about H-1B moratorium: that's boilerplate legal? Might be considered legal/EEO? It's about visa sponsorship. Might be considered legal boilerplate; we should remove? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. It's a specific condition about H-1B. Might be considered legal. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is legal. So we should drop that paragraph. - Also "How To Apply" etc is application instructions, remove. - Also "Equal Opportunity/Veterans/Disability Employer." remove. - Also the weird CSS-like text "margin-top:2.0pt;"> margin-top:2.0pt;">undefined" remove. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

    About the role

    ... description ...

    • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
    • Ability to exert heavy force.
    • Work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a university vehicle for field sampling (preferred).

    Skills

    • Ability to follow written and verbal protocols precisely.
    • Ability to perform basic calculations (dilutions, concentrations, unit conversions).
    • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new techniques.
    • Basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet software).

    Benefits

    • Health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance (AgriLife contributes to premiums).
    • 12–15 annual paid holidays.
    • Up to 8 hours/month sick leave and at least 8 hours/month vacation.
    • Automatic enrollment in the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.
    • Employee Wellness Initiative.
    • Access to ongoing professional development and training through Aspire, LinkedIn Learning, and internally developed programs.

    Schedule

    • Occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend work and travel to field sites within Texas as required by sampling schedules.
    • Work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends.
Check duplication: Some schedule items already in Requirements; we might be duplicating. Could remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. But we need to preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay but maybe better to avoid redundancy. However the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Might be okay but we could keep schedule separate and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However the Requirements section includes ability to work in BSL-2 etc. The schedule items are also requirements but we could keep them under Schedule only. Let's move schedule items to Schedule and remove from Requirements. Thus Requirements list will exclude the schedule items. Let's adjust Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Two years of related experience. - Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. - Knowledge of basic laboratory safety and aseptic technique. - Ability to follow written and verbal protocols precisely and to keep accurate, legible records. - Ability to perform basic calculations (dilutions, concentrations, unit conversions). - Attention to detail and willingness to learn new laboratory and field techniques. - Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software. - Ability to work in a BSL-2 laboratory and handle foodborne pathogens following institutional biosafety protocols (required biosafety training will be provided). - Ability to lift moderately heavy objects. - Ability to exert heavy force. - Work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends. But "Work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends" is schedule; we moved to Schedule. So remove from Requirements. Thus Requirements list ends with ability to lift moderately heavy objects and ability to exert heavy force. Now Schedule section includes: - Occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend work and travel to field sites within Texas as required by sampling schedules. - Work beyond normal business hours and/or work on weekends. Now Benefits as above. Now Skills: we could list skills derived from required qualifications: ability to follow protocols, basic calculations, attention to detail, willingness to learn, basic computer skills. Could also include multitasking, cooperative work, etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can
