About the role
Kiss-Architects is a Brooklyn-based firm dedicated to pioneering sustainable building technologies and systems. Our projects include positive energy/negative carbon buildings, mixed-use BIPV Passive House, hydroponic greenhouses, and urban planning based on self-sustaining techno-ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project development and documentation using BIM and other relevant software.
- Contribute to sustainability assessments and energy analyses.
- Support research and development initiatives related to eco-friendly building practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
- New York State resident attending or having attended a college or university within the last 12 months.
- Out-of-state student attending or having attended a college or university in New York State within the last 12 months.
- Familiarity with BIM, LCA, and energy analysis software.
- Passion for the environment and design excellence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at a college or university.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
