About the role

Kiss-Architects is a Brooklyn-based firm dedicated to pioneering sustainable building technologies and systems. Our projects include positive energy/negative carbon buildings, mixed-use BIPV Passive House, hydroponic greenhouses, and urban planning based on self-sustaining techno-ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project development and documentation using BIM and other relevant software.
  • Contribute to sustainability assessments and energy analyses.
  • Support research and development initiatives related to eco-friendly building practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • New York State resident attending or having attended a college or university within the last 12 months.
  • Out-of-state student attending or having attended a college or university in New York State within the last 12 months.
  • Familiarity with BIM, LCA, and energy analysis software.
  • Passion for the environment and design excellence.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at a college or university.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
