About the Role

Under supervision, carries out research projects within guidelines of regulatory compliance and/or Code of Federal Regulation. Duties include interacting with both internal and external customers at all levels and completing day-to-day operational tasks for the study. Direct contact with potential and enrolled study participants is expected. Provides other support as required.

Requirements

  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of brain/spine anatomy
  • Research regulatory experience
  • Experience with the informed consent process
  • Patient enrollment experience
  • Pharmaceutical trial experience
  • Willingness to carry a work phone

Qualifications

Education/Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • One (1) year of work experience preferred, with experience in research and/or healthcare preferred
  • OR Associates degree, preferably in a research or healthcare-related field

Skills

  • Stroke clinical research experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work both as a team player and autonomously
  • Blood draw/phlebotomy and EKG experience (helpful)
  • Flexibility

Schedule

Primary worksite is HFH Main Campus but may include travel to HFH West Bloomfield.
