About the role
The Research Specialist B position is part of the project "Characterizing the molecular basis for PCDH19-induced early onset epilepsy and developing an RNA-based therapy". The role involves performing experiments in tissue culture, molecular/biochemical work, data analysis, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Tissue culture work
- Molecular/biochemical work (DNA, RNA and proteins extraction, Western blots, cellular staining, Q-PCR and RT-PCR analysis)
- Data analysis and documentation
- Writing and reporting
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
