About the role
The B4 Health Lab at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Services Clinical Sciences Professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about advancing physical and mental health through research.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Coordinator on multiple human subject research studies, mastering protocols and study documents and ensuring every procedure meets regulatory standards
- Drive participant recruitment — from pre-screening and phone contacts to in-person interviews and eligibility confirmation
- Guide participants through the informed consent process and coordinate all scheduling logistics, including clinical resources such as nursing, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy
- Collect, code, and analyze study data with precision, maintaining records in compliance with FDA requirements, IRB standards, and applicable SOPs
- Contribute to process improvement by supporting the development of SOPs and quality assurance initiatives that make the whole team better
- Perform data entry and quality reviews in REDCap and Excel
Qualifications
- Entry Level: Bachelor's degree, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Intermediate Level: Bachelor's degree in a related field, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Senior Level: Bachelor's degree in a related field, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

Pay
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
- Entry Level: $49,899 - $66,865
- Intermediate Level: $54,302 - $72,765
- Senior Level: $58,705 - $78,665
Schedule
This role is expected to work onsite five (5) days per week and is in Aurora, Colorado.
