Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Lead product development and implementation of new formulations, while providing technical support for the Underarm portfolio in the personal care category.
• End-to-End Execution: Drive formula development, validation, scale-up (in collaboration with Supply Chain), and final implementation.
• Strategic Planning: Build project plans that align with business objectives by applying technical expertise in experimental design, measurement science, and formulation.
• Project & Resource Management: Independently manage multiple concurrent technical projects while leveraging internal and external resources effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across multi-disciplinary teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights, and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing and implementing aerosol-based consumer products.
• Working knowledge and proven experience in aerosol product development and implementation.
• Understanding of aerosol packaging and its direct impact on overall product performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of industry/competitive trends, claim substantiation, and regulatory requirements for EU cosmetic products.
• Project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work well within a dynamic team environment.
• Strong project planning, prioritization, and management skills; analytical decision-making; and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills; ability to communicate, influence, and thrive in a cross-functional environment.

Pay

Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
