Specific Role Focus Area
Leveraging knowledge and experience to drive chocolate product innovation and growth for the European market as a priority but also by supporting prototyping work of projects related with the international key markets when needed.
Participating in project design and methodology
Problem solving through application of knowledge and creative thinking
Ensuring project execution and technology transfer
Observing, recording, and evaluating experimental data to draw conclusions
Preparing project reports and presentations
Supporting technical capabilities of vendors of ingredients
Providing instruction to Technical Support employees
Duties/Responsibilities
- New product projects execution
- In region product, process improvements, QA support
Requirements
- Strong understanding of principles of food chemistry and ingredient functionality is desirable.

Qualifications
- MS in Food Science with 0-2 years related experience, or BS in FS, Chem, Bio with 2-4 years experience, BS in Chem E, Biol E, Mech E with 0-2 years related experience.
