  • Manage cell culture of cancer and normal cell lines.
  • Perform in vitro efficacy, mechanism of action, target validation, and biomarker studies with cancer therapeutics, with an emphasis on RTK/HER2-driven models.
  • Create stable cell lines with CRISPR and inducible expression, including lines engineered to modulate RTK/HER2 signaling.
  • Create or adapt reporter systems for relevant molecular targets.
  • Present summary results for internal communications and external presentations.
  • Support preparation of conference abstracts and manuscripts for publication as needed.

  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Three or more years of industry or post-doctoral experience in oncology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in receptor tyrosine kinase biology, preferably including HER2, with experience characterizing RTK signaling, pathway modulation, and therapeutic mechanisms of action.
  • Experience in oncology and pharmacology assays and techniques.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication including publications and conference presentations.
  • Team player who is highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight.
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
