About the Role
The successful candidate will support ground-based instrumentation and observatory operations in the Large Fiber Array Spectroscopic Telescope project (LFAST). LFAST is designing and building optical array telescopes, currently constructing and planning to operate the first prototype, LFAST-20X, which consists of 20 individual telescopes with collecting area equivalent to a 3.5 m telescope.
Responsibilities
- Support ground-based instrumentation for the LFAST project.
- Contribute to observatory operations for the LFAST-20X prototype.
