Core Responsibilities
- Care for day-to-day activities for clinical research studies, including study startup, participant visits, data collection, and study closeout.
- Support recruitment, screening, informed consent, scheduling, and retention of research participants.
- Maintain accurate study documentation, enter data into study databases, and ensure timely query resolution.
- Aid with study finance tracking.
- Assist with IRB submissions, protocol amendments, adverse event reporting, and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent professional skills including punctuality, verbal communication, and reliability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in hematology research and patient-centered clinical studies.

Minimum Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree
