Research Intern

About the role

This role is for FIU students. All candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Science is at the core of SHL products and solutions; we’re growing our Science team. We have an open position for a Research Intern to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Apply behavioral rubrics to assessment data.
• Perform peer reviews of assessment content, report content, and related technical documents for technical accuracy.
• Write and revise technical documents to support assessments and solutions to support the release of new products.
• Contribute to applied research initiatives advancing next-generation psychometric science that directly contribute to new products and processes.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality work, with the ability to consistently complete detailed or repetitive tasks with a high degree of quality.
• Adaptable critical thinking, with the ability to observe patterns, foresee potential problems, and identify issues.
• Willingness to learn quickly, with the ability to apply information in new situations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
