Research Graduate Assistant

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in conducting research and administrative tasks for department projects.
• Assist with teaching-related materials such as photocopying and department workroom management.
• Take and pick up objective exams from/to the computer center.
• Monitor and administer make-up exams.
• Assist in the design and deployment of research-based pedagogical programs.
• Support department head/faculty/staff in various administrative tasks like covering the office and preparing meeting materials.
• Assist in the production and dissemination of departmental communications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week if full-time; 10 hours for part-time.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Admission and enrollment in a graduate program at Eastern Michigan University (EMU) required.
• Maintain a 67% course completion rate required.
• Enrollment in at least 6 credits for Fall and Winter semesters required.

Must submit a resume highlighting relevant experience, academic interests, familiarity with statistical analysis software, and provide two references.
