Essential Functions
- Manages building operations and maintenance.
- Maintains compliance with schedule, budget, and standards.
- Collaborates with internal and external contractors, workers, and vendors.
- Designs and implements a suggestion and complaints system.
- Ensures prompt resolution of complaints and suggestions.
- Schedules facility shutdowns and coordinates emergency response efforts.
Physical Effort
Along with all other FM duties, will need to enter animal research facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in scheduling and coordination.
