Research Coordinator
About the role
The Biology Department at the College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a motivated and organized Research Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in launching and supporting the innovative Belin Laboratory research program while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to advancing scientific discovery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the new and innovative Belin laboratory research program activities.
- Provide logistical support for research activities, including organizing and maintaining research equipment and inventory.
- Schedule lab meetings and lab social events.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of all laboratory areas.
- Congnorate material transfers with outside groups.
- Contribute to team research projects in the laboratory and may perform independent research up to 50% total effort, at the discretion of PI.
Requirements
- 1 year of related experience.
Qualifications
- MS degree.

$19.56-31.29/hour
Schedule
8:00am – 5:00pm; Monday – Friday; Nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
