Research Associate (R&D)

About the role

The Research Associate will support research projects by performing a variety of tasks including data collection, analysis, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Support the handling and management of research samples.
• Extract relevant data and insights utilizing image analysis software and tools.
• Configure and operate various research equipment and systems.
• Process collected data and analyze it using statistical software.
• Create validation reports and present data to leadership and team.
• Other tasks in support of R&D as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline).
• Previous experience in a research setting is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of research methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software used for data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
