Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and advance a journal manuscript on single-cell methylation sequencing, including data analysis, figure and table preparation, literature review, and drafting and revision.
- Aid in preparing a journal manuscript based on a translational methylation-sequencing study, including analysis, interpretation, figure and table preparation, and drafting and revision.
- Train and provide technical guidance to lab members on single-cell methylation sequencing techniques and related data-analysis workflows.
- Participate in routine laboratory management activities related to research operations, documentation, supplies, and compliance.
- Assist with grant-submission preparation, including literature review, preparation of supporting materials, and organization of submission documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Master’s Degree Preferred.
- 1-3 years’ experience in:
- Experience with single cell methylation sequencing and its data analysis.
- Wet bench and dry lab experience with single cell methylation sequencing.
