About the role
The Research Associate will support compliance with the company's marketed dental consumables, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Cultivates and executes experiments using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Collaborates with senior R&D personnel to plan and organize research activities.
- Contributes to the design of experiments and identifies potential solutions to problems.
- Documents experimental data and calculations accurately.
- Maintains detailed records of work and summarizes results.
- Develops knowledge of the company's existing products and evaluates new technologies.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including quality, complaint handling, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of industrial laboratory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of standard chemical or physical testing procedures.
- Understanding of good laboratory practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
