About the role

The Research Associate will support compliance with the company's marketed dental consumables, ensuring adherence to internal and external quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivates and executes experiments using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Collaborates with senior R&D personnel to plan and organize research activities.
  • Contributes to the design of experiments and identifies potential solutions to problems.
  • Documents experimental data and calculations accurately.
  • Maintains detailed records of work and summarizes results.
  • Develops knowledge of the company's existing products and evaluates new technologies.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including quality, complaint handling, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 2 years of industrial laboratory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of standard chemical or physical testing procedures.
  • Understanding of good laboratory practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
