About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the laboratory.
  • Order and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.
  • Train and supervise junior laboratory staff or students as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of laboratory research experience, preferably in immunology or molecular biology.
  • Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques such as PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
  • Experience with data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, Excel, R, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with animal models (e.g., mouse handling and procedures).
  • Familiarity with advanced techniques such as CRISPR, single-cell RNA sequencing, or confocal microscopy.
  • Prior experience in a research setting focused on immunology or infectious diseases.
