Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid in the development and implementation of special research projects.
- Conduct literature reviews and edit manuscripts.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal and external teams.
- Support the development and submission of research proposals to publications, conferences, and other opportunities.
Qualifications/Education
- Current graduate students encouraged to apply.
- Coursework or experience in research methods, social sciences, public policy, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Quantitative Analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SPSS.
- Familiarity with Qualitative Analysis tools such as ATLAS.ti, Ninivo, Dedoose.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Qualtrics including survey creation, distribution, and analysis features.
- Detail-oriented and able to connect data-driven findings to broader social impact trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and skilled at adjusting to new timelines and projects.
- Grant writing experience preferred but not required.
