Position Summary
The Clinical Research Assistant supports Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators in the day-to‑day execution of clinical trials. The role involves coordinating study activities, preparing study materials, maintaining accurate records, supporting participant visits, and ensuring adherence to research protocols and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist Clinical Research Coordinators with the conduct of multiple clinical trials.
- Schedule study visits and participant appointments.
- Prepare examination rooms and study materials for research visits.
- Organize and prepare laboratory kits and research supplies.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain study records.
- Assist with protocol‑related procedures under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and research documentation requirements.
- Support study teams with general research operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Preferred: Experience or coursework related to clinical research.
- Preferred: Familiarity with neuropsychiatric disorders and depression treatments.
- Preferred: Phlebotomy training or experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.

Pay
