Research Assistant
Job Overview
This individual will play a key role in assisting in the conduct of clinical trial activities, in accordance with all applicable regulations governing the conduct of clinical trials.
Essential Functions
- Develop strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with study team members
- Develop strong working relationships with the investigators and office staff to build a foundation of trust and respect between the clinic and the research office
- Affords assistance with the screening, recruiting and enrollment of research subjects
- Performs patient/research participant scheduling
- Collects patient/research participant history
- Data entry and management
- Covers protocol related research procedures, study visits, and follow up care
- Complies with company and Sponsor policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
- Schedules subject visits and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Req Bachelor's Degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $35,800.00 - $89,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
