Essential Job Duties: This position, up to 40 hours per week, will support research activities within the Research Group at ITRE primarily in the areas of roadway monitoring and roadway modeling, among others. This position will assist with research tasks related to monitoring roadways for safety and operations, as well as modeling roadway networks and processing and analyzing data. Additional tasks may be assigned to this position in other relevant areas, based on the candidate’s background and expertise. The candidate should also be proficient in reporting writing, analysis, and communicating with the research team and the project sponsor.

Requirements and Preferences
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Other Work/Responsibilities: Minimum Experience/Education Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a program with coursework in a related field
- Required Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in reporting writing, analysis, and communicating with the research team and project sponsor
Ability to work independently and conduct research and literature review tasks - Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education: N/A
