We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key info:
- Company: Valkyrie Clinical Trials (VCT), a Flourish Research Company. Description about company: leading Oncology multi-site clinical research network, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe description of role. But we can have sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (knowledge and skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have location: Onsite, Denver, Colorado. Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $25-$28 per hour (depending on experience). So we have Pay and Schedule sections.
Benefits: listed.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have actual pay range.
We need to include all substantive info: company description, location, FLSA, hours, compensation, role purpose, essential functions, physical job requirements, minimum requirements (education, experience, knowledge and skills), benefits.
We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning. The posting includes a lot of Flourish Research diversity statement etc. That is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the "WE SEE YOU..." etc is also boilerplate/diversity statement; remove.
Also "Flourish Research is an equal employment opportunity employer..." etc remove.
We need to keep the substantive description of Valkyrie Clinical Trials (VCT) at start: "Valkyrie Clinical Trials (VCT), a Flourish Research Company, is a leading Oncology multi-site clinical research network with expertise in Oncology research. VCT approaches clinical research with a deep sense of humanity, compassion, and sincere kindness. VCT was founded by leading Clinical Oncologist, Dr. David Berz, and has multiple sites spanning California in Century City, Panaroma City, and Murrieta, and has recently expanded to Denver, Colorado. Flourish Research is one of the industry's most progressive and diversified clinical trial organizations, with strong capabilities across cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, oncology, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccine research. At Flourish Research, we strive toward excellence. In clinical trials and healthcare, excellence means everyone deserves the best care, regardless of their race, color, gender identity, religion, ethnicity, physical abilities, age, sexual orientation, or veteran status. We embrace employees, customers, and patients from these underrepresented groups to help make this vision a reality. Flourish is committed to a safe work environment where all employees, customers, and patients are included, and treated with dignity and respect. The more diversity we have in our team, the more unique perspectives, and ideas we share, and the better prepared we are to serve our communities."
That is a lot of diversity statement again; but it's part of company description. However the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines. The diversity statement may be considered EEO boilerplate? It's about diversity and inclusion; might be considered boilerplate. But it's also part of company description. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The diversity statement is essentially EEO/inclusion statement. Likely we should remove it. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; does the diversity statement count as substantive? It's more of a boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should cut that out.
Thus we keep only the factual description: Valkyrie Clinical Trials (VCT), a Flourish Research Company, is a leading Oncology multi-site clinical research network with expertise in Oncology research.
But the latter part about excellence and diversity maybe also boilerplate. The phrase "At Flourish Research, we strive toward excellence. In clinical trials and healthcare, excellence means everyone deserves the best care, regardless of their race, color, gender identity, religion, ethnicity, physical abilities, age, sexual orientation, or veteran status." That's EEO. So remove that sentence. Keep "At Flourish Research, we strive toward excellence." maybe keep as it's not EEO? It's a value statement but not prohibited. Could keep.
We need to be careful not to inadvertently keep EEO. Let's keep a concise company overview: "Valkyrie Clinical Trials (VCT), a Flourish Research Company, is a leading Oncology multi-site clinical research network with expertise in Oncology research. At Flourish Research, we strive toward excellence."
That seems okay.
Now sections:
- About the role: maybe a brief summary: "The Research Assistant (RA) supports the activities, duties, and procedures required for the start-up, conduct, and close-out of oncology clinical trial protocols at Valkyrie Clinical Trials. Working under the direction of a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Team Lead, the role helps obtain clean, objective, and accurate data within sponsor timelines while protecting participant safety and maintaining inspection-ready documentation. Two things distinguish this role beyond standard clinical support. Oncology protocols are clinically dense, so building real familiarity with the state of the disease, treatment history, and clinical rationale behind each assigned protocol, not just the task list, is part of the job from day one. In this patient population, a missed detail is a safety issue before it's ever a data issue. Valkyrie's care model is also white glove. Participants and their families are never routed around or told no when they hit a logistical obstacle, and the RA is expected to help remove those barriers, escalating to the CRC or Team Lead when a resolution is beyond their current scope. This is the individual contributor entry point into the Clinical Research Coordinator job family. The band spans Research Assistants who are new to clinical research through Senior Research Assistants operating with greater independence and taking on more complex protocol responsibilities. Progression through the band, and eventual readiness for the CRC role, is determined by the Flourish Research CRC Competency Assessment. All work is performed in accordance with Flourish Research SOPs, policies and procedures, federal regulations, medical ethics, Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, IRB requirements, sponsor protocol requirements, and the Flourish Research Core Values, Mission Statement, and Employee Manual."
That is substantive.

We'll put these in
- . - Requirements: maybe "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:" includes Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (maybe knowledge/skills). But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Experience: Preferably a minimum of 1-3+ years' experience within the field of clinical research or biological research. Oncology clinical research experience is a plus.
